A reset you can save
A banked reset is a redeemable entitlement shown to eligible users. Unlike a hard reset, it does not automatically rewrite everyone’s active quota when it is issued. The available count, eligibility, expiry, and redemption surface can vary by offer and plan.
Always use the offer details and Usage view in your own Codex account. Do not paste access tokens or local authentication files into third-party websites to check eligibility.
Why reports get confused
A person who redeems a banked reset may report that “Codex reset,” while another user sees no change. Both observations can be true because the event was account-specific. Public hard resets, by contrast, are intended to restore an active allowance for a broader stated group.
This tracker labels announcements as banked, hard, temporary, normal, or incident-related before showing them in the headline verdict.
